2009

Founded in the Netherlands

Prime Contact was founded to provide Genesys Engage expertise to selected Genesys users in the Netherlands.

2013

Introducing Real Time Stats

Launched at Genesys G-Force Europe, followed by success at a large Banking customer (1000+ agents).

2015

Going worldwide

Expansion of our services to other European countries, the USA and Australia.

2017

Listing on Genesys App Foundry

Real Time Stats was added to the Genesys AppFoundry, increasing its exposure to Genesys users and partners.

2019

Introducing WFM Buddy

Launch of WFM Buddy at Genesys CX19 in Denver (worldwide) and Amsterdam (EMEA). WFM Buddy was added to the Genesys AppFoundry. Immediate success at a large Finance customer (3000+ agents), soon followed by more customers in Europe, the USA and APAC regions.

2019

Genesys Cloud certification

Certification of our consultants on Genesys Cloud.

2020

Moving office to World Trade Center

Moving our offices to the World Trade Center in Amsterdam, accommodating for our growth.

2020

Genesys Professional Services Expert App & Managed Partner

Becoming a selected AppFoundry Managed Partner (=‘top 10%’). WFM Buddy validated as a Genesys Professional Services Expert App (Genesys Engage).
